Wasimah provides interior architecture and spatial design services, including floor planning, lighting orchestration, acoustic treatment selection, and ergonomic furniture placement for corporate offices and commercial showrooms. All services are delivered based on a mutually agreed project brief and signed service agreement.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your space, budget, timeline, and operational requirements. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information may result in revised timelines and additional costs, which will be communicated in writing before proceeding.
All design concepts, drawings, specifications, and deliverables produced by Wasimah remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the intended project. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute our designs for other projects without prior written consent.
Wasimah shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of business revenue, operational downtime, or third-party claims. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project phase giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Wasimah reserves the right to terminate immediately if you breach material terms, including non-payment or misuse of intellectual property.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
